Leadership Craft

Craft definition: a job or activity that requires special skill.

I am delighted to say that I have curated an online course called Leadership craft.

You know I love language and I thought long and hard about what to call this and – craft it is!

Why? Oh I cannot say as all is revealed in the course.

Harsh I know.

It is set up as a series of contemplations to have you thinking on your current leadership story and invite you into a conversation – or two – about what constitutes great leadership. This is curated from the privilege of spending time with incredible leaders and paying attention to the principles and trends that are emerging in the field.

Leadership craft takes the format of a series of online videos (11), a workbook, wee books (Scottish for eBooks) and some other bonuses.

Sessions included are:

· Why craft?

· Leadership lights

· Changing the story

· The C words of the craft

· Who are you becoming?

· Your craft

· Chaos theory

· Leadership commitments

· Aligning your craft

· Leadership is a collective

· Conversations that matter
